Health is still discussed as a topic in nutrition and maybe physical health.

However, it is much more than just that.

Health is the ability to move, think, feel, connect, work, rest, adapt, and recover across different phases of life and different circumstances.

My goal is to give you a more complex picture rather than a simplified one.

I am discussing many different aspects of health.

How to achieve physical health to allow your body to function, rest, and recover.

Sharing practical steps within budgeting, so you can improve your financial health and reduce your stress level.

And giving you many different ways of how to develop intellectual well-being, to think critically, keep your mind engaged, and learn freely.
