What people are saying
“I worked with Brigi for almost 2 years... I lost more than 40 kg, but what is more important, I still maintain my weight. She helped me physically and mentally, too.”
András P.
“I was lucky enough to train regularly with Brigi for a few months, and I am missing it already… I felt and saw results very quickly, which motivated me even more and was very rewarding. The cherries on top are her playlists and, of course, her humor :).”
Malika A.
“If you are looking for a top-class personal trainer in Tenerife, I can highly recommend Brigi... The sessions became a highlight of my week, and I really enjoyed them. I would fly back to Tenerife just to do functional training again with Brigi. Well worth it for sure.”
Ciarán O.
Who this is for
If this sounds like you, this coaching was built for you.
- You think you need to lose weight, but what you really want is a stronger, leaner body
- You feel like you’re doing “all the right things,” but your body isn’t responding the way you expected
- You feel puffy, bloated, or low on energy, even though you’re trying to eat well or keep your calories low
- You are tired of conflicting advice on social media and no longer know what to believe
- You are ready to build a body and habits that you can maintain long after coaching ends
What’s included
Every coaching journey is built around you, but it always includes:
- A personalised strength training programme that evolves as you progress.
- An evidence-based nutrition strategy built around your lifestyle.
- Ongoing coaching and accountability to help you stay consistent.
- Clear guidance whenever you’re unsure what to do next.
- Regular reviews and adjustments based on your progress.
- The knowledge and confidence to maintain your results long after coaching ends.
How we’ll work together
First Assessment
A 90-minute assessment where we discuss your goals, training history, nutrition, lifestyle, injuries, and the challenges you’ve faced so far.
Choose your programme
Based on your goals and where you are, you choose what makes sense. Focused long term work or one time analysis.
Movement Analysis
A detailed analysis of how your body moves and how your eating routine looks like. Imbalances, compensations, and nutritional gaps are identified, so everything that follows is built on an accurate picture of you. It’s not a generic template.
You begin
Direct access to your coach throughout the entire program. Training, nutrition, corrective work, and behaviour change coaching, built entirely around you. Every question and every adjustment gets real attention.
Who this isn’t for
This coaching may not be the right fit if:
- You’re looking for a quick transformation rather than a long-term change in your body and lifestyle.
- You’d prefer a strict meal plan instead of learning how to make nutrition work in your everyday life.
- You’re looking for a nutrition-only solution. Body recomposition relies on resistance training as well as nutrition.
- You’re hoping for supplements, detoxes, or shortcuts to do most of the work instead of building sustainable habits.
- You’d rather follow the latest health trends than a simple, evidence-based approach.
What i believe
After more than a decade of coaching, one thing is clear: most people don’t actually want to lose weight. They want to look stronger, feel healthier, move better, and feel more confident in their body.
Weight loss is often just the language we’ve learned to use, because for years the conversation around health has centred on becoming smaller.
That’s why body recomposition became the focus of my coaching. Body recomposition means building muscle while reducing body fat, changing how your body looks and functions rather than simply chasing a lower number on the scale.
What I value most is that when it’s done well, it naturally prioritises the same habits that build long-term health, not just a better physique.
Real change isn’t measured in weeks. It comes from mastering the fundamentals—strength training, good nutrition, quality sleep, hydration, movement, stress management, and giving your body enough time to adapt.
The real challenge isn’t learning the fundamentals—it’s learning how to adapt them to real life. That’s what makes change sustainable.
