Movement Analysis
A detailed analysis of how your body moves and how your eating routine looks like. Imbalances, compensations, and nutritional gaps are identified, so everything that follows is built on an accurate picture of you. It’s not a generic template.
You begin
Direct access to your coach throughout the entire program. Training, nutrition, corrective work, mobility, and behaviour coaching, built entirely around you. A small client load means every question and every adjustment gets real attention.
