Do I need to be based somewhere specific for online coaching?
No. Online coaching is fully remote and available worldwide. Sessions and communication are in English, Spanish, or Hungarian.
What happens on the free assessment call?
We go through your training history, health background, lifestyle, goals, and anything that has or hasn’t worked before. You leave with a clear understanding of what your body needs and a realistic strategy to get there. There is no sales pitch and no commitment required. If we are a good fit to work together, we will discuss the next steps. If not, you still leave with answers.
When can I start?
We agree on a start date right after the assessment call once we decide to work together. As availability depends on current capacity, I will always give you an expected start date before we even make a decision.
What happens after coaching ends?
You will no longer be confused about what to eat, how to train, or what actually works for your body. You will know whether you need a supplement or a doctor’s appointment, and you will be able to tell who to trust on social media. For those who want to continue with structured programming after coaching, a post-coaching membership is coming soon.
Who do you work with?
The people I work with are women and men who have already tried things, been to the gym, followed programmes, changed their diet, but something hasn’t worked or hasn’t lasted.
You don’t need to be advanced, but you need to be ready to commit to the process and do the work. I can give you all the tools and knowledge, but I can’t do the work for you. This is for those who are at the point where they finally, really want to change.
Is this fully individualized or template-based?
Fully individualized.
I do not offer pre-built or group coaching. Every person I work with receives personal coaching and programming.
Where can I see pricing?
Online coaching starts from €480 per month. Full details are discussed during the free assessment call.
Do I need to compete to join the performance programming?
No, but this is not for beginners. Performance programming is designed for individuals who already train consistently and want to level up, avoid plateaus, and improve athletic performance, with structure and science behind it.
Can I transition from the coaching to performance programming later?
Absolutely.
Many people start with coaching and move into performance programming once their foundation is solid.
Do you coordinate with an existing running or triathlon coach?
Yes. I often work as part of a multidisciplinary team, supporting athletes with nutrition and strength & conditioning alongside their endurance coach.
How much training is involved? I have a busy schedule.
Programming is built around your life, not the other way around. The volume and frequency depend on your goals, recovery capacity, and how much time you realistically have. There is no fixed number of sessions; it is always individualized and adjusted as your schedule changes.
What if I’m currently dealing with pain or recurring injury?
If pain is present, we address it first.
I collaborate with medical professionals when needed, begin with pain management, identify root causes, and rebuild capacity progressively.
Is injury prevention built into the program?
Yes. As a Corrective Exercise Specialist, injury prevention is built into every programme from the start. Programming is structured to improve resilience, address movement imbalances, and reduce injury risk. This applies to all coaching and programming.
Is nutrition included?
Yes. All programmes include complex nutritional guidance. Performance programming includes sport-specific fueling strategies tailored to training cycles and competition.
Do you provide race-day fueling plans?
Yes. Race-day and pre-race fueling strategies are always included in performance programming.
Do you provide meal plans?
No standard meal plans.
You learn principles, receive practical tools, recipes, and strategies tailored to your needs and performance goals.
If your personal strategy and you require macro tracking, I deliver it within your plan.
How long does performance programming last?
It depends on your season, starting point, and goals.
How much support do I receive?
All programmes include ongoing support from start to finish. As I work with a limited number of clients at a time, every person gets my full attention.
How long should I commit to see results?
It depends on your starting point and goals; this is always discussed honestly during the assessment call. Real, lasting change takes time to build properly. Quick results are easy. Keeping them is the work.
What type of athlete do you work with?
I work primarily with runners (road, trail, and ultra), hybrid athletes, and performance-driven individuals.
